CANCELLATION POLICY

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us.

We get it. Our cancellation policy is in place to protect you and our business.  When booking your appointment, whether in person or via our online channels you agree to our terms.

~A booking fee of 50% of the service will be required on all Hair & Beauty appointments at the time of booking.


~The booking fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment if we are given a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

~Cancellations/rearrangement or if you 'no show' for an appointment on the day (and we are unable to fill the appointment), we reserve the right to charge 100% of the appointment.


~When booking online, our booking system will ask for a £1 booking fee, if the client then cancels/rearranges with less than 48 hours’ notice, the client agrees that 50% of the service will be charged to their card details. (The above statement applies for online bookings, you may be charged 100% of your appointment if cancelling/no show on the day.

~Repeat cancellation/no shows will be asked to pay 100% of their appointment up front and may lead to forfeiture of the ability to book in with us again.

SALON POLICIES

~We ask if possible clients are able to arrive 5-10mins before their appointment so the service can go ahead on time.

~For new clients or if you are having a new beauty service you may be asked to fill out a consultation form relating to that treatment.

~Our policy and Insurance states we are unable to treat persons under the age of 16 for our Beauty services (Including in our pamper packages).

~We are unable to accommodate children in our beauty treatment rooms and children are only permitted in salon if having a hair service and must be accompanied by an adult.

~Alcohol will only be provided if (when asked) to provide a form of Identification to prove age.
